“Love the Waikoloa Villas”

This is a beautiful property. We would stay here again. Beats staying in a tiny hotel room.

“Great for a family vacation”

Great location, very clean, felt like home! About 0.5 miles from Hilton Hawaiian Village, we enjoyed the view, pool and spa as well as the tennis court.

“great condo”

this is a great place to stay in Hawaii. we stayed in a 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bath condo. the place was spacious and clean. pretty inviting decorations, lots of green color (avocado ). a nice sized warm pool to relax (again) after watching the sunset at A beach. location is super. ops, bathtubs was super small but who cares, i'm in Hawaii and will go out to the beaches and do outdoor activities. overall this is a good place to go to rest and sleep after the days activities.

“Most relaxing vacation ever!”

For our trip to Hawaii (Big Island) this year we decided to stay in a condo (town house really) rather than a hotel. Turned out to be so much better. Independence, peace and quiet. Maybe 3 people by the pool on a busy day! The villa complex was meticulously maintained and the accommodations were top notch. Location was ideal - quiet and peaceful, yet just a 3 minute drive from Hilton and Marriot, two shopping complexes and beaches.

“Great unit”

2BR/2BA condo, very nice subdivision. Our unit was only ~50ft from the swimming pool. 1BR was upstairs, 1 downstairs, which was nice. Very well-appointed unit; granite counters, tile/carpet, fairly new & higher-end furnishings. Easy to access the island from this location. Would definitely stay there again.

“WONDERFUL”

We've been here before. Always a great experience. The unit we had was perfect, right outside our door was the pool.

“Just another day in paradice”

The place was great! The villa had a master suite: with shower, bath and its own balcony and another bedroom with a hall bath/shower upstiars. Washer and dryer was in the upstairs closet with towels for the pool. The downstairs had a nice kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. A four place table, a very adequate living room and porch with table and chairs. The pool was salt water, a +++++. There were ourdoor gas barbaques and tennis court. The grounds and pool were is great condition. Forgot there was a hot tub, but not interesting yo me. All in all a great place and near some fabulous beaches.

“Reasonable value”

A relatively new enclosed complex in the Waikoloa resort. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and one of the bedrooms was upstairs which gave us some privacy from our children so that was a plus. All the condos are well designed and give the impression of being a house rathere than a condo. Has all utilities one would want although with just enough dishes and cutlery for one sitting of four people, they could add some more kitchenware to the cupboard. The pool requires a key so if you forget your key you have to trek all the way back to the condo to locate it. However, overall, it was a condo worth another visit and I would recommend it.
