“Nice”

Didn't get the two-bedroom room we had anticipated. Had to rent a cot for $6.

“Old Mattress-Old TV”

1.Poor quality mattress. I'm here to sleep. Step it up.2.Old tube TV. Time to upgrade. 3.Sink drained slow. Ought to be checking that sort of thing. 4.Only hot food at breakfast was make your own waffles and toast and coffee. 5.Excellent view of Hancock if you're on that side of hotel. 6.Staff very accomodating.

“My favorite place in Houghton, MI”

The location can't be beat if you'll be visiting MTU. Being right on the water is very cool. And, you can easily walk downtown on the walking/biking path. Couldn't be better.

Dining
Library Bar is the place to go. Good food and beer.

“Just right for the price”

The hotel was very nice, other than the musty smell in the room. The view was great and so was breakfast!.
