“outskirts of houma”
we arrived late (2:30 am) and they still had the room held. of course, i had made a special request, but after 2am you had better call some places. all other motel qualities were of normal utility.
“Wrong room given to us an A/C not working.”
Booked a smoking room and was given a non-smoking room and could not get another room because all were taken. Air conditioner did not come on... called front desk and was told there were no maintenance people available at the time. Was given two fans that did not really help with the warmness in the room. Was not given any sort of discount for the state of the room or the mistake of the room booking.
