“Better than I thought”

This hotel was very clean even though they were renovating a few rooms while we where there. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was really pleasant to talk to. We got tickets to eat breakfast for free and it was delicious. I grew up in Houma went back for family business. This used to be the Holiday Inn. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

“Not the best place to stay in Houma”

This hotel is older and needs maintenance. Our first room the a/c didn't work so we had to move to another room. The a/c wasn't that great in that room either...very humid in room at all times.

“Never stay again”

This is the dirtest hotel and if I had not prepaid I would never have stayed. Floor filty, bathroom filty. Sheets clean no bedbugs. Bad bad bad place. Hated that I had to stay in such Filth for 3 days. I should have lost my money and left but could not afford to do that. When you book online and get a name brand Hotel you think it would at least be clean. They put us in the part with workers also, who got up from 4:30 to 7 so not even a good night sleep. The food was okay, but the service was very poor at the breakfast. When we were first checked in they took others ahead of us that came in later, that should have been a clue, I suppose because it was a young man and the counter person was a young female and she flirted with him. I just can't put in words the condition of the room, never would I have thought it would be so bad. We put newspapers on the floor to walk on and sprayed the room with lysol. My advice Close this Hotel or Remodel Never stay there!!!
