Ice machine, elevators and toilet all broken while k was there. Requested an extra blanket that never came. Staff seemed kind but overwhelmed.

I like the location of the property, but I do not like bathrooms that have sliding doors that cannot close and has the bathroom sink outside of the closing doors itself. I probably will not stay at another Aloft location again just because of this. Also, parking is not free and $25 per night... Overall beds were comfortable.
I did not like that I had to pay $25 a night for parking. I wish I would had known that beforehand because if I did I would have paid the extra a night to stay at my first choice hotel.
The guy checking us in was watching a video on his phone and didn’t even pause it. So since he wasn’t paying attention he sent us to a room with wet towels on the floor and the tv on. I think someone was actually staying there. Very disappointing.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. We travel with a large dog and there were easily accessible facilities for her and safe places to take a longer walk when we wanted a little more exercise for her.
The property was not nice did not like the parking at all my big truck had to park on the side of the building right next to the street with no entrance door . Also someone had a dog barking all night we had to move rooms drunk person laying on the bench in hallway a terrible experience!
Great location, but would not stay again. Their was no ice vending machine in the hotel. Lobby locks after hours so hope your key doesn’t fail or you are on time checking in because you can’t get in. Also in the lobby at 9:00 am the staff was vacuuming and asked me to leave the area to vacuum. I thought that was odd.
Stayed for one night, easy and fast check in and check out.

The heated pool wasn’t working, the room was very small, you have to pay to park for every night that you stay, you have to pay for breakfast! It just wasn’t what we expected being newlyweds! Our wedding night should have felt better and enjoyable than it was !
If you’re staying for a short time like I was, this property is perfect! The staff is soooo accommodating, huge shout out to David g at the front desk who made check in painless and easy! Get this man a raise!!

Staff was phenomenal from check in to check out. Just need to remodel some areas and get the ice maker fixed. But I commend the staff, mad I didn’t get their names. They made my bday so special!
We enjoy staying at Aloft because we are able to bring our pet at no additional cost however the check in for this hotel was rough. I had a broken foot so when it was time to head down to the lobby from parking my vehicle in the garage, the elevators were not working. Apparently the power went down. I couldn’t use the stairs so I had to attempt to walk down the ramp in the garage.
When we made it into our room, the pocket door wouldn’t open or close to the bathroom so we didn’t have much privacy there.
The service was great. The staff gave us a couple drink tickets for the inconvenience but check in was smoother in the past.
We were locked out of our room for 3 hours 11pm - 2am. We were offered to sit in another room while they fixed the issue. Room was not offered to be comped. All of our stuff we needed was in the locked room. Corporate will be contacted over this issue.
