“Pleasantly surprised”

We hadn't heard anything about this hotel and reserved a room last minute - we were totally pleased. Will definitely stay there again. Friendly staff, lovely rooms, very comfortable and in a nice area.

AMAZING!!!! Home away from home. Staff was polite and friendly. Customer service was superb. Aloft is beautiful!!! Words can't even describe it. It like contemporary living in an upscale and luxurious environment. Very peaceful and restful place. A weekend getaway and home away from home. I highly recommend this place and will be back soon!!!

We just booked the hotel for a night out without our newborn. The hotel was great customer service was great the only thing is that they didn't have a bottle opener . Haha that was the only problem.
