“very good value”

Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Very friendly. Nice size units. Overall, clean. Negatives: some areas need painting and wood touch up. Shower wall grout lines need cleaning. For the money, an excellent place to stay.

Area recommendations
Like this location because it was close to loop around Houston, but felt it was far enough on edge for being in good neighborhood. Also when returning home wouldn't have to fight going to work traffic of the morning of departure.

“very decent for the price, would stay here again”

nice clean room, very good location, close to everything you need. front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.

Area recommendations
FM 1960 spring area. You can find anything you need in this area from food to shopping to entertainment.
