I made an online reservation through Expedia to stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we checked in, my credit card was swiped and I was given a keycard to our room. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the strongest smell of smoke! I immediately went down to the front desk and requested a non-smoking room. The young lady told me they were sold out and no other room was available. I told her there was no way I can stay in that room and I was willing to wait for another room to be cleaned. She said there was nothing available. I told her that I will have to cancel the reservation and I needed a refund. She told me that my card would not be charged since they did not have anything else. I asked her again about the charge and she assured me that the room would not be charged. I checked my bank statement today, and sure enough, there is a charge from Best Western! I immediately called them and spoke to Nick who is the manager. He told me that I needed to discuss this with Expedia since they are the ones who billed me! I told him that the charge is from Best Western not Expedia. He said there was nothing he could do, call Expedia! My itinerary CLEARLY states "non-smoking". I have contacted Best Western Corporate offices and sent the same letter to Nick. He just faxed back the itinerary with the word "smk" circled that's in small print...right under that are the words spelled out "non-smoking"!!!! I will NEVER,EVER,EVER attempt to stay at another Best Western!

Location: Great location. Right on a main strip. A lot of restaurants around and five minutes to airport.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions I had about the surrounding area. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that came with the stay was excellent! Large variety of breakfast foods. The hotel is also in a great location. I would stay here again if traveling to the area and would definitely recommend it for other people! Also free hotel shuttle, always a plus!

The service was very nice, felt very comfortable and pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that they give a full breakfast and shuttle from the airport. Great job on the new things you've done. I would definitely recommend to others.

After using the curtosy phone at the airport, the free shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes. The hotel was nice and our room very clean and nicely decorated. For a small fee, the hotel shuttle will take you to any restaurant or mall and pick you up when done which was great. There were a couple of eatery's within walking but they didn't appeal to us. The morning buffet was small but a nice selection. We were overnighting and flying out the next morning and would definitely stay there again as its very close to the airport and the front desk employees and shuttle drivers were very friendly and nice.

Was pleasantly surprised with the condition and cleanliness of the room. Bed was comfortable, little adjoining room and outside noises, and the breakfast was good
