Pros: Ease of access to everything off and around Toll Road 8.
Location: There is a myriad of restaurants near and the Galleria is 10 minutes away if you want to shop. Of course, Westheimer is one long strip of shopping.
Everything was just fine during our stay except the humidity in the room. Houston is always humid so we know that it's difficult to get rid of that with a room AC. The staff was more than accommodating and we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Location: You definitely need a car to enjoy this location, not a very walkable area. That said, there is easy freeway access (tollway).
For a slightly older hotel it is very nicely maintained. The staff are exceptional! We only stayed one night but will definitely consider it for our next trip to Houston.

Pros: Staff and location was excellent.
Cons: upkeep of room.
Location: Location was ideal- restaurants within a few minutes of hotel.
Rooms needs upkeep. Peeling drywall over the bed. Found 1 dead cockroach in the corner. Staff was excellent- bent over backwards to meet your needs. Staff was always pleasant and friendly. Paulette( breakfast chef) was fantastic- she provided turkey sausages upon request. 5 star service for staff.

Location: It was easy to find and close to many nice places to eat.
The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fresh every morning. They had available in the afternoons wine and snacks in the lobby. Great way to relax after a day of traveling.

My 24 year old daughter and I stayed 5 nights while job and apartment hunting for her. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious. Chef was very accommodating. Heard her tell a little boy one morning she had cookies baking for him as he requested previous morning! Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Nice, safe environment. We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion for improvement would be on mattresses. They were a little hard for my preference. A thicker matrress cover would help. However, bed was very clean and loved the cream bedspread that was a great material and was exceptionally clean. (I'm picky about my bedding! Want to know it is fresh and clean! Snuggled in bed every night!) I've traveled a lot over the years for work purposes and I feel this hotel rates up there with some of the 4 stars but at a 3 star price.

We have stayed here 2 times now and I just booked for a third trip to stay here when we come back to houston in May. We love this place! The staff is so very nice, has a great hot tub and pool and the breakfast is awesome.
