Good for the night.

Cons: Check in earlier than 3. Though staff accommodated.
Like the title says... Quiet and comfortable. Construction nearby but not bothersome. Good location for the area.

Very quiet and clean. I was amazed at the price and quality based on location. I'll be staying here again in the near future.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and clean room/ bathroom. The only thing I didn't like was that they did not have any cribs or roll away beds for toddlers.

Good Location

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: The inside lobby and rooms were very nicely remodeled. LOVED the room design and colors.
Cons: Bathrooms were very small and hardly enough room to close the door to the bathroom.
Location: Very good location...near restaurants and shopping across the freeway (I45). It was close enough to Galveston beach (20-25 min) and Kemah (20 min).
We wanted a hotel near Galveston and Kemah. The hotel is right off the freeway to Galveston which took about 25 min to get to Galveston beach. It took only 20 min to get to Kemah from the hotel. Since the last time we stayed, the inside of the hotel was nicely remodeled. My only critiques are the breakfast area was way too small for the volume and the bathroom was also extremely small. We would stay again.

Pros: Location to cruise terminal.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Woke up to bugs in our room. All over the TV console, desk and night stand. Management tried to reassure us that they weren't bed bugs. We were only offered a partial refund on our room.

I would refer a friend to stay here.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: It was clean and quiet, and easy to locate and easily accessible.
Cons: Need more than 1 person on duty. We had a key/card problem that would have been easily fixed, but had to wait.
Location: We had an activity at the base, so we didn't do much other than that. I do know there are many dining options near the hotel.
My stay was good. The room was very clean; it was quiet. The location was close to all the things I was interested in. The room was small but nice and recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The room had a clean fridge, but never checked out the microwave. Had ironing supplies, coffee in the room, etc., but really, if you have kids, it will be tight. If you are using the room for sleeping but will be spending most of your waking hours out, the room will be great.

Nice and clean

Since they discriminate smokers, they should create at least a smoking area with seats, table, ashtrays.

Nightmare Stay at Best Western Webster

Posted May 22, 2015
Pros: Staff were nice and apologetic
Cons: see above
Issues: Key system broke because of flooding (staff had to let into the room). Wireless not working. Room near pool, visitors at midnight and later swimming party right outside the room. Others: Room very perfummy (probably to block old smell) Has been remodeled but still feels old...
