Noisy room equipment.

Pros: It was clean. the staff was pleasant.
Cons: maybe put a sound absorbing box around the A/C unit. fix the refrigerator.
Location: Location was okay. The road is one way. To get to restaurants on the opposite side of the freeway is a hassle.
Window A/C unit was noisy. Refrigerator compressor cycling off & on was noisy. it was a sleepless night. never again!

The worst experience ever! Prepaid for the room and when we arrived we were given room cards and they didn't work. Went back down to the front desk and they gave us another set. Those didn't work either. After going through this 4 times I told the front desk lady she needed to come do it herself. Her master didn't work either. She said they were completely booked and didn't have any other rooms. Then all of a sudden she had one and I asked how she did that. She said she took it from another guest that was coming in later. So we all went to the 3rd floor and she personally tried the room keys and those didn't work either. This whole horrible process took an hour and a half. There was nothing else she could do so we left and went next door to the Hampton Suites. This was a ridiculous experience!!! Now I am having problems getting my money back.its been 3 days and all I get from management is excuses. It's fraud to take someone's money and not deliver a service.

Just get your stuff together!!!

Long story short it took 3 room swaps to get a clean room. Had to get a remote twice because of faulty equipment. Had multiple problems with key cards and doors not working. Nice place when we got a clean room. Hotel needs to get there act together.
