Comfort Inn Southwest

Pros - room was clean, the bed was comfy and we were at the end that is far from the highway, so it was quiet - Room 330. The AC, microwave and refrigerator all worked great and came in handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On busy days the full breakfast was good and convenient. Cons- some mold in caulk around the tub, the pool was closed the whole time waiting for an inspection. Friday & Saturday nights there are parties in the lobby and gathering room - a kid pulled the fire alarm that went off in everyone's rooms and the floor of the elevator is sticky afterwards. On slow days, they make fresh scrambled eggs and mix them with leftover eggs that are rubbery and inedible. The AC unit in our room was great, but the hallways and lobby are very warm and muggy.

Air conditioner didn't work in room (happened last time I stayed here). When moved to another room, woke up to find that the shower didn't work. It's hard to be on your "A" game in business when you haven't even had a bath. Won't stay here again.

One complaint: Old toilet seat in 224. Otherwise, nice accommodations for the price. Breakfast is good as well.

This hotel was more than I expected. It has a full-size kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. It is perfect for extended stays. the room could use a little updating, but overall the stay was really nice.

I would stay here again soon.

Hotel is ok and overall cleanliness acceptable. Being so close to the freeway, the room felt like it was built in the middle of a race track. So noisy, all night. There were a few mishaps that should not be expected from anyhotel. During the 3 nights of my stay ... the key stopped working for no reason on several occasions. Room door would not latch on its own, so I found the room unlocked after cleaning service. Coffee maker did not work, and there were no coffee cups anyway. But the staff was friendly, and helpful. Not a vacation spot but ok for the price.

I like it overall, but due to its convenient location right along to highway 59, it was a bit noisy with all the traffic! I guess it is a stucture issue that they have no control over...

Appearance on outside was nice, inside was fair, but not overly clean. Old style TV's and only about six channels, air conditioner unit did not work correctly, continental breakfast was very bad. Would not recommend or ever go back to this place.
