After 10 o’clock there was nobody at the front desk we had to go through the side doors to get in. They close the front doors because of homeless people were across the street. The trashcan outside the building was filled all the way to the top and on the floor, I mentioned to the front desk they never did anything about it. I looked at it the next day and it was still like that they never cleaned up. Yes, it was kind of dirty.

Would not recommend .. small rooms. Exhaust fan not working in restroom, keys to enter the room do not work most of the times.. old property.. laundry is not available right now. Lots of other issues..

It’s in a very crowded area but the rooms are super quite, close to everything, the breakfast was simple but always fresh… I would definitely stay again if I come back.

My room smelled like cigarettes. I asked for a non smoking room and was charged for the room smelling like nasty cigarettes. Shame on you for giving me that damn room

They had roaches in my room , moved me to another room , just for the toilet to not work . It was hours before someone even came to my room and flush it after i used . I had to manually flush the toilet my whole weekend because they didn’t have anyone there to fix it . We had to go down to the lobby some many times because every time go to our rooms our key cards didn’t work. They never had washcloths or towels, we constantly had to wait for them to wash clothes waiting hours to wash and for someone to bring us clean one . I complained to the manager just for him to say we can’t refund you and do anything about my complains , you could have at least took a day off because no one should ever have to experience anything like i experienced at this hotel . This is the worst hotel, they’re dirty , rude and very inconvenient. I won’t ever stay here again and don’t recommend it at all

The guy at night shift for check in was rude and they gave me a room with a king bed when I chose two queen bed. In front of hotel entrance there is homeless people camping.

Most of the staff were very helpful and the beds were super comfy. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. It is older so the carpets and such are well used. Laundry room had been decommissioned so that was a disappointment as that was the amenity that swayed my booking. If you are looking for a comfortable sleep and a decent breakfast, this is a good choice. Bonus....lobby always had iced water ready for you to fill your water bottles.

Alot of homeless people around the property. At around midnight a person gained access into the hotel even though you need to use your key card to get in the hotel doors. The police had to come and arrest him. Then the manager told us there were two people having sex inside the foyer. He said he watched it on camera. People your at the hotel get a room.

We stayed 2 nights. One room the air did not work. They said they were fixing it and they didn’t came back at 8:00 the last night room was hot! It was 10:45 before they put us in a different room. It was ridiculous situation. The reins were dirty Andy there was a roach!!! Never again
