Pros: close to many amenities in the area.
Cons: carpetting could do with a little steam cleaning
Location: all amenities very close by
overall the suite was comfortable to stay in. Carpet might need a bit of steam cleaning.

The hotel and room was very clean. The only negative for my stay was breakfast. The juice machine and waffle iron were broken. Overall a good place to stay if you just want a clean place to sleep.

Great Choice

Pros: The service was more than what I would have expected.
Hotel is fairly new, located a short drive from Sugarland. Staff was very friendly. Hotel provided free snacks and refreshments in the evening and a good continental breakfast. Great value.

Nice place to stay!

Pros: Staff
Cons: I would recommend a more frequent elevator and halls carpet vacuum, nice carpet but looks with a lot of dust.
In general is a nice hotel to stay.

The room had a very bad smell - basically smelled like cat urine. I had to run the AC unit full blast in ordfer to tolerate it.

Our room was on the bottom floor. The sofa and the floor were stained and needed cleaning. Made me feel entire room was unclean. The commode didn't work well at all. I called and reported to front desk. I also heard another person complain with the same problem. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. With a little special attention, the problems we had can be resolved easily. Also some dinning room chairs were stained, but area was clean and the lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Maybe invest in some good spot remover or reupholstey would make hotel top notch.
