Upon arrival to the hotel I was told the elevator didn’t work and we were put in a room on the 3rd floor. I explained I recently had surgery and could not climb stairs. I asked for a cancellation and was told I would still have to pay the $115 cancellation fee.

The elevators were not working. We were promised on arrival that they will be repaired next day. They were not. We were also advised that we could switch to another hotel but, as we arrived by Uber and had lots of equipment that was not an option. The elevator problem make this stay almost unbearable.

Trucks are stollen from here very often. Elevator was broken, room wasn’t that clean and my bed wasn’t made each day. Also, the stairs were dirty.

We stay at this Comfort Inn about every 60 days. The people are friendly….the food is good….the rooms are clean and the location is very good for us!

The main floor was sticky do to something was spilled on the floor and it was not clean up properly. The receptionist didn't want to give me extra towels even though I had reserved the room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Otherwise it was nice and the beds were comfortable

The A/C unit in the room was so noisy I can't believe they even let this room be rented. We checked in and left for a social function, so we didn't know about the noisy A/C until we came in late that night. Surely someone before us reported this/

This is a great place to stay. The area is quiet, parking convenient and the freeway is easily accessible. The property is nice and the Roma clean.

One of the staff members at the front desk was very rude when I first arrived. I almost didn't even want to stay. The room was comfortable, but the guests nearby were loud the whole time. I don't think I'll be going back.

There is much to like here, and it is done at a budget price. However, the front desk does not understand their own reservation system. Due to issues outside our control, we needed to stay an extra day. We notified the hotel three days ahead, two days ahead and the day before our scheduled departure, saying we needed to extend our stay by one day. Anyone at the desk told us we had to come back on the morning of our departure to request the extra day. Of course, when that day arrived, there were no available rooms. So, despite my medical condition, we had to pack up, find another hotel, move, and reload everthing in the car. Move into the new location, etc etc. This was totally preventable, but the staff did not know how to amend a reserved future date. Nor did they make an effort to find out. Let me be clear, the hotel is fine. The building, equipment, linens, location ... all fine. But if the staff can't do their jobs, anything can jump the tracks and knock you down.

Front desk super nice, huge shout out to Lilly for being the nicest person ever. Breakfast was standard, loved the pillows in the room, that the fridge actually kept my beer cold. Clean place. Felt safe.

Room stunk like cigarettes and was dirty.
We checked in and the room smelled like an ashtray despite being a non-smoking hotel. 2nd room we moved to already had a guest in it when we walked in. Was told there was no more rooms like ours unless we wanted two single rooms. With 3 small children, that wasn't feasible. We had no other option but to stay in the ashtray room. Asked for air freshener and was told there was none. When we opened the sofa bed there was something in the bed that looked like fesces or vomit. Turns out it was food. We were disgusted. The young man cleaned the food and provided fresh clean bedding and pillows. He found a plug in air freshener which helped slightly. Later he brought a tiny air freshener for the room but the scent was awful so we didn't use but we were grateful for the offer. He tried his best to fix what he could and said he'd talk to the manager about getting us a refund for the room. Checked out the next morning and was told the same thing by the young lady at the from desk. Waiting for a refund but highly doubt it will come

When I booked this room for my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, I read the reviews and determined the property would be a professional venue. Unfortunately, my family witnessed a disturbing spectacle between employees during their stay. A spectacle that entailed one female employee telling the other male employee with the threats and get their hands off of them with a very determined and strong voice. When my daughter-in-law asked if everyone was "okay" the male approached the desk and asked not to call the police. Not a professional establishment ... also this all happened in front of my 6-year old granddaughter. I will not be booking any future rooms with this establishment. And would love to get a refund of my money! Thank you.

I only stayed a night, but it was close to everything we needed. The bed was too soft for me and my back hurt the next day, but that’s a preference. The walls are super thin and our room was right by the elevator so we got to hear that all night. I’m also guessing there was a ballroom or conference room below us and it sounded like a party was going on. It didn’t bother us, I just wish we were told about what to expect.

Great room
Everything was great. The room was very large. We were able to walk around everything, including the couch after we made it into the bed. We stayed in a king suite with pull out couch. Bathroom was very nice and plenty of room. There was no mold in the tub like every other hotel. The refrigerator was already on and very cold. Nice size closet and plenty of drawers. Price was good too. Breakfast was ok.
