Very nice suite with microwave, coffee maker, separate couch & coffee table to just sit with my feet up, just like home.

Pros: CLEANLINESS
Cons: TRAIN ALL EMPLOYEES ON THE PROCEDURES OF THE HOTEL
WE HAD TROUBLE WITH OUR ROOM KEY. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON AT THE DESK WHEN WE CHECKED IN. SHE WAS UNSURE HOW TO GET THE KEY ACTIVATED. LUCKILY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WALKED IN AND SHOWED HER HOW TO DO IT.

Great location! Not-so-great customer service.

The hotel was conveniently located and close to where I was working for my 3-day stay however, I was not impressed with the front desk staff to include the manager. The security latch on the door was broken, TV guides were outdated and trash stuffed in the desk drawer. When I notified front desk their flippant response was, "OK." Not once did anyone do anything about those issues, the most important being the security latch. I ended up cleaning out trash myself - ick! Vending area was in serious need of repair; rotted ceiling tiles, ice machine held together with duct tape. Throughout my room were splotches on the walls as though a pop can exploded. Great to have a jacuzzi tub in the room except when someone else's hair comes out of the jets. I didn't end up with the room I requested, I ended up in handicapped accessible room. The room was spacious enough and wheel chair accessible except for the tub/shower area. There was plenty of room in the bathroom however, the tub/shower was not handicapped accessible. I say this only to warn those who are wheelchair bound. There was a pedestal sink in the bathroom and absolutely no room for toiletries, no racks to hand towels. Had the customer service been better I probably could have overlooked some of these things but since it wasn't, I don't mind saying, I was not happy with my stay and will not be back.
