the only problems we had were that the room keys would not always open the gate to the parking lot, had to be remagnetized twice. the tv in the room worked fine, but the controls were confusing, not Hamptons fault, but no instructions were there to help us figure it out. we are old.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. Staff is very friendly & eager to help. Many places to eat are within walking distance & they also provide a shuttle to the medical centers & NRG stadium. Definitely recommend.

Very convenient location. I had no problem with my hotel room other than the fact that there were hair strands from someone else in my face towels. That being said, the breakfast was good and the workers were friendly. Also very close to good restaurants, a grocery shop, and Ross.

This is one of the best, most reasonably priced, clean hotel that I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. Room was emasculate. The shower/tub was great. With the hottest water and best water pressure of ANY hotel thay I've ever stayed at. Great breakfast too and wonderful staff.

We usually do not stay at Comfort Suites due to past negative experiences. However, the reviews for this property were very good and it turned out to be perfect for a one night stay. It was conveniently located to many things including NRG and the medical district. It smelled clean from the moment we entered, and our room seemed very clean. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but they kept it full and even went past the 9:30 am cutoff time a little due to people still trying to eat. All in all it was a good stay and I will return.

Me, my aunt, uncle and god child enjoyed the quite and comfort of our room and area the hotel was located in just a short walk from from the NRG stadium and convention center where Animeverse was held. Bonus it’s conveniently located in the same block as many restaurants and less than 5mins away from a fiesta grocery and Kroger so we got some of our necessities when we arrived and came back to our room in about a half hours time

The room was really big and comfortable. The beds just right for me. Breakfast was pretty good and it did change a little from day to day. Overall a great value for money

Hotel is very clean and it smells very nice. Staff is polite. You feel safe. The only bad experience is 2 nights in a row you could hear a baby next door that cried so much and we couldn't sleep. I had to wake up very early for Doctors appointments and woke up with headache, very tired and sleepy.

This hotel was really clean from the moment we walked in we could smell the clean. The shower was nice hot, and pressure was good. The bed wasn't the best but overall a good stay.
