“Decent hotel, rude front desk staff”

Stayed here for one night before flying out of IAH. Overall, the hotel is about what you would expect for an airport hotel at this price. The room was fine. Breakfast was OK. Standard shuttle service to airport. The front desk staff was rather rude and unprofessional though (sloppily-dressed, texting at counter, answered questions with attitude, etc.). This hotel is not bad, but with so many other ones at the same price near IAH, you can probably do better.

“Just ok”

If you're looking for a cheap place to spend the night instead of taking a red-eye, this hotel works perfectly. Just don't expect too many extras or a good breakfast. If you go into it knowing it's a much more comfortable bed than the airplane seat, you'll be fine. Free internet and shuttle service to the airport that runs every half hour is a plus.

“Much better than expected!”

This little gem took me by surprise! Economical, clean, charming, pool, exercise room; big, cushy, comfy beds, nice breakfast, close to the airport, shuttle service. Everything I would expect in a much more expensive hotel. The entrance is a bit odd because you have to drive through the entrance to another hotel to get to it, but otherwise, a great deal!

“Close to airport & price were only redeeming qualities”

I reserved based on the price (which I should have known better) and location. I have to work while I'm there and the internet service (wireless & ethernet) was under 50k consistently. It was so slow that I could barely receive my email. There was no toilet paper in the room after cleaning, and the room was musty. I guess sometimes the little things can make the entire experience a negative. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but I could have read the amenities list a little closer.

“Very Impressed”

This hotel worked with us when we experienced travel delays related to Hurricane Irene. When we did arrive (3 days later!), the shuttle service was prompt, all staff pleasant, and breakfast fantastic.

“Nice Hotel”

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The check in was very quick. the room was fine, no problems. It was quiet as a church mouse at night. The breakfast was reasonable. I was pleased to stay, and would return. The cost is slightly higher than I would like, though
