Unexpectingly pleasing

Pros: The atmosphere was warming and felt like a home away from a home and everyone even the his keepers was nice.
Cons: More variety on breakfast but for the size of dining area I guess it's ok
Location: The mall is close by and so many restaurants
I was very impress with this hotel for a 2 1/2 star the front desk manager and front desk clerk was so nice. Check in was easy and convient and I absoultely loved my room. It was so comfortable and clean for the most part. I found a string of hair under the quilt although the sheets was clean hotels never changed their quilts but over all it was pleasing

Great location close to IAH

Pros: Hotel was clean and friendly.
Cons: Maintenance on air conditioner.
Location: Very close to restaurants, plenty of places to shop, and movie theater.
Great hotel overall. Son loved indoor pool. Only issue was with a/c leaking on carpet, but didn't ruin the hotel experience. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Nice hotel and close to everything

was nothing but great, the staff was nice and very helpful, the room was really decent in size and didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other.

Waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called every 10 minutes and received a lame excuse that the shuttle was in traffic on he way. After they picked me up I realized there was no traffic at all. Booked the shuttle to the airport for the next day at 8am. The shuttle left early at 7:50 and they did not advise me. Had to take another shuttle at 8:30 which almost made me late for my flight

Close to the airport

Pros: Staff and proximity to airport
Location: Many shopping centres and lots of restaurants but very little within walking distance
The hotel was very basic but met our needs being near the airport with excellent shuttle service between the airport and hotel as well as complimentary service to restaurants and stores

Great hotel

Location: Great shopping and restaurants nearby.
After being at this hotel 20 years ago I was hoping it would still be okay. Nice surprise, it had been updated and was exactly what I wanted. Nice decor, good food and quiet.

Was a great hotel. The only thing is that the shuttle took 2hrs to pick us up at the airport.
