“Great hotel.”

Just arrived home yesterday after spending a week in Houston. Went for a girly Christmas shopping trip and wasn't disappointed. The hotel was a stones throw from houstons famous Galleria shopping mall and there are plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was great and the staff extremely helpful and always had a smile which was a novelty after staying in other hotels in NYC and Vegas. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean with a good bathroom. Iron and board, fridge, hardryer and aircon all there for your convenience. The buffett breakfast is a good way to start the day. Houston is huge and if your not hiring a car taxis are an expensive way to get around as things are spread out. Check out the buses on google maps, very cheap to travel this way. Overall had a great time and would like to express our thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality. Julie and Amanda x

“Location, location, location!”

Although the entrance to the hotel is not so grand as it is in sort of a back alley, the hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. The value for money, the service and the location were all excellent. This hotel is very close to Post Oaks and the Galleria for loads of shopping and dining opportunities. I would definnitely recommend this hotel to others based on value, service and location.

“Acceptable & Good Location”

The location was good. About a block away from the Galleria, so very convienent. Another perk about the rooms was that they actually had queen size beds! Awesome! Most hotels either say that they are queen or are full, but this hotel had queens.

“Just the hotel I like.”

The people there are very kind. The staff is willing to answer all questions. Service excellence. The only problem is they don't serve lunch and sinner in the restaurant. However, you find good restaurants in the neighborhood.
