“Nice hotel, but tucked away off the street”

Nice, fresh and clean. Just a liittle hard to find down an "alley".

This hotel was located behind another hotel but I would stay at the Courtyard Marriot again over other hotels in the Houston Galleria area. The rooms are reasonably priced compared to other hotels, my room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All of the modern amenities like an ironing board, refrigerator, coffee pot and blow dryer were included. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly and even asked me how my room was when I came back downstairs to go one block to the Galleria. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone else staying in the area.

“Convenient, clean and friendly”

I really liked the hotel, but there were several extras - charges for parking, for breakfast. But it was safe and the people were nice.

“A good place to stay”

Pros - Nice room arrangement. Great bathroom/shower size. Comfy bed. Lots of pillows. Good breakfast. Cons - Indoor pool causes most of downstairs area to reek of chlorine. Didn't like that we had to pay to park in the garage. Set back off road behind another hotel which caused us to pass it up twice.

I arrive late and have a pleasant attention and quick registration, my flight back home was at 9 PM and I request and late checkout, get a very good time. the hotel is 2 blocks from Galleria Mall and good for business and sending the family to the mall while attending business.

Hotel was very nice. I think it was at the top of the non-luxury class of hotel. Room clean, staff courteous, and breakfast good. Excellent location close to Galleria, but not too convenient to Minutemaid Park. (I was there for a baseball game) Was not around for Managers Reception. Parking a full size truck in garage was a little tight. Overall impression of hotel was good and I'll go back again.

Wonderful, helpful, kind staff. Great rooms with the most comfortable beds ever. Great proximity to the Galleria. Very good breakfasts. Parking worked very well for us.
