Buena ubicación

Pros: Ubicación y la zona muy buena
Cons: Servicio a la habitación y bar
Location: Esta a doscientos metros Plaza Galleria y ha pasos restaurantes de carnes y mariscos.
En este hotel estas muy cerca de varias zonas de compras y restaurantes. Lo único malo es que no hay servicio a la habitación.

If it's broke, fix it.

The Good: Personable staff, even when handling complaints at 2 AM. located within walking distance to Galleria. Average room, very clean The Bad: The pool and spa were out of order our entire stay. We could use the neighboring motels amenities if we asked. The lone garage elevator was out one night of our stay. The soda machine on our floor was out of order after the first night. The lady in the adjoining room set off her smoke alarm with her hair dryer (?) so my last night was spent staring at our blinking smoke detector. Staff couldn't reset. The Ugly: Beware Houston traffic. Especially in the Galleria area every day during rush hours.

We are doing the best we can to get it back in order. We are needing to replace the pumps because they were damaged during the recent floods in Houston. Thank you for understanding. Good selection for grad at Rice U

Cons: The pool size is ridiculous, space should be able utilized as a shop.
The hotel is hard to find as its entrance is in the middle of an alley. In terms of location is great you can walk to the Gallerias. Front Desk staff were delightful, especially Evelyn

Pros: I like the location and the natural water drinks that were offered. I have actually made some of the different waters that the hotel offered.
Cons: Include microwaves in every room, it's inconvenient to have to go down to the lobby to warm up food.
Location: Restaurants and shopping were all close by. There were some clubs and bars that were also nearby,. great for walking distance.
My experience was awesome. I enjoyed my room and the amenities the hotel offered. Everything I needed was in walking distance.

The hotel staff was excellent. Checking in and out was quick and easy. They responded to any request in a very helpful manner. My son lives in Houston and when he came to visit he was provided with a complimentary parking pass. We would definitely stay here again.

Good staff but otherwise awful experience

I don't typically write reviews although I travel frequently, but I wanted to rate my experience as I'm a Gold member and didn't have a very good experience at this location. As a business traveler, I look for a Marriot hotel with a restaurant, as after a long day I'm not always wanting to go out and look for a meal. This particular kitchen had very limited hours and one night even closed early with no notice. It's listed as being open until 10 pm but closes as 9 pm (or earlier as the one night they said the cook had to leave early?) The worst part about this stay was the "after prom" party next to my room that kept me up all night. There were around 20 kids partying all night, playing loud music and getting sick in the hallways! I had to call down twice to ask for something to be done. And they knew exactly what room it was when I called down. If you know it's a bunch of kids after prom drinking, why would you allow them to have the room? They did eventually get kicked out by the front desk and Marco was very apologetic to me the next morning. But these underage kids should have never been given a room in the first place. I spent the entire night listening to things breaking, loud rap music and vomiting, it was ridiculous! I did find all of the staff wonderful at customer service and one of the bartenders walked me next door to a burger place when I got back from a 15 hour day of work to find that the kitchen was closed. That was above and beyond.

Typical Courtyard (and that's a good thing)

Stayed for two nights in April. Great location within walking distance to the Galleria Mall and several restaurants and bars. Close to the highway and an easy drive anywhere in the area. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and I wish I could remember the woman's name that checked me in to give her props. Overall, the hotel was great and what you would expect from a Courtyard. Coffee and fruit infused water in the lobby was a nice touch. Parking garage attached the hotel had spots reserved for hotel guests. Will definitely stay again when I return
