Made a last minute reservation online, and checked-in late Saturday (4/13/24) night/Sunday morning. Front desk attendant was very cordial, answered all questions without hesitation, all while getting me checked-in in a very quick manner. Airport Shuttle was fast and available as advertised. Great experience

Upon arrival we were offered a double room with a balcony instead of the king suite we had booked. The room had a cross between mildew and must. The hotel needs updating very badly and elevator made awful noises and even became stuck during our stay.

The staff here is so friendly. I was kind of taken back at first how friendly everybody was. Just good people from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, to the food staff. We had to come in a day early for a connecting flight due to weather and the free shuttle was a great added convenience. Highly recommend.

The staff is not knowledgeable , poor trained. I booked with free breakfast and they charged me $50 at the time of check out for breakfast , I contacted the manager Jacobo and he answered the first email saying he will look into the issue , one week after I sent him a follow up email and I was totally ignore. I have the reservation receipt where the free breakfast is written … there is no excuse ,

Stayed here overnight over a cancelled flight. It was fine for a impromptu one night stay. The hallways smelled a little funky and our room had a different cushion on the couch that didn’t match. Positives include proximity to the airport, price, and a 24 hour shuttle.

The beds were horrible. The most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Barely slept. No free coffee in the morning. Would not stay at a courtyard again. Also stains on the carpet.

Poorest service ever!
The worst ever Marriott I have been at. Stood in line over an hour just to check in because there was a new guy that didn’t know what he was doing. Incompete people running your hotels in not acceptable…..that’s not a Marriott Hotel…we choose Marriott for a reason….and this was not it

The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and the shuttle to the airport was good. However, the property, surrounding area was old and areas showed signs of falling apart. The bed frame was made of wood and fell a few times , the outlets did not work, and upon inspection I found that the outlets were just old and plugs would fall out , slip out of the outlets. The lamp didn’t work in the room and we found a spider in old headboard. Overall disappointed.

Property is decent. Rooms need a fridge and a safe. Beds are comfy and pillows are very good. Toiletries missing handwash and bodylotion, which Holiday Inn express provides. Service staff is super friendly.

Horrible Hotel
It was a horrible stay! The first room we got put in smelled like mildew, the 2nd room was better smelling but the bed was an absolute disaster the mattress felt like we had slept on a rock all night when we woke up the next morning! It was very dated the hotel! But the front desk lady was super nice!
