Great experience

Pros: I liked the sink outside the bathroom. Closet had enough hangers. Enough big towels.
Cons: Put a trash can in the bathroom. Put a tissue in the bedroom itself. (I know there was one below the sink.
We stayed there for just 1 night and did not use the pool or restaurant & so cannot comment on those. But the room itself was clean, spacious enough, had enough light. We could see our parked car below. Parking lot wan clean & enough empty spaces were there. Check-in and check-out took only few seconds, fastest I have ever seen. I'll sure consider in our next visit.

Not as good as the week before, but.....

Pros: well situated. plenty of restaurants within a mile or so, and shopping too. It was only a couple of miles from our ultimate destination.
Cons: n/a
Location: we were attending concerts at the Stafford Centre both weeks; Papadeauxs and Papasitos were both close by, and a good Steinmart.
We were on the same 2nd floor with a room away from the elevators and that noisy ice machine next to the elevators, but room 224 has a couple of problems. The bathroom door would not close due to the fact that the door jamb is out of wack with the door. This is probably why the main entrance door's deadbolt didn't completely seat when turned. I was a tad concerned about that, but we made it work. the week before we had room 226 with zero problems there. Staff was pleasant and we'll likely stay there again, if we are in the area again.

Good, but could be better

I stay at this hotel at least 2 nights a month. It's conveniently located, reasonably priced, and relatively comfortable. The hotel is not without its problems: Foot steps from above can be clearly head in rooms on the lower floors; the AC system does little to dehumidify causing that familiar damp musty smell; and the carpet needs to be cleaned. Overall the hotel is a relatively good value. It's close to the SW Freeway and the Fountains Mall; Walmart and other hotels are nearby. The soiled carpet in the elevators has also been replaced with laminates.

What a great experience

I can get a great refreshment after a red-eye flight since they let me check-in 7:00 am and it just make my day. The room is so comfortable and definitely we will come back again.

Could be better

This hotel goes out to present itself in a good light. But much of their effort focuses on the superficial and lip service. It seems to me their would be more sincere if they got to work on cleaning the carpet, ventilating the rooms and thoroughly cleaning the crud that has accumulated on the AC/heating coils.
