accessible hotel

Pros: accessibility
Cons: needs new aircon
the price is right for the accommodation of the hotel and it's close to restaurants.

Nice Hotel

The only complaint I had was there was no breakfast. They had a bistro that was good but I like a free breakfast. :) I did like the quick print for boarding passes.

Nice hotel

It was horrible . When I was booking the hotel I put 4 people down and it came up with a option of a king size but with a sofa bed. Well when we got there the sofa bed was too small for 2 people had a person sleeping on the floor.. It was just horrible

Our rooms with 2 double beds have beds that are the next size up and is very spacious, please give us another chance to show how great of a place the Courtyard truly is. Not what a Courtyard should be!

Pros: Lobby has been renovated and it is very nice
Cons: Rooms!
Location: Great location
This is my third and last time at this Courtyard. Rooms are totally outdated. Bed had a dip. Air conditioner was falling off wall. Sliding door had crack large enough to allow small rodents enter. Never again!

Our hotel was renovated little over a year ago so we are baffled by what you encountered. Fine Stay - Clean Room

Fine experience and Bistro is open late which was nice for late arrivals - but do not try to locate this hotel via Google Maps or Siri w/out using the actual address.

Disappointed with fake fees

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was old.
Location: convenient for my needs
I was disappointed that the hotel wanted to charge me an "incidentals fee" for services I had no intention of using. Apparently this is their way of insuring that things don't go missing from the room after a guest leaves, at least according to a staff member. I didn't appreciate being treated like a potential thief rather than a guest, and I won't be staying at a Marriot again.

Every reputable hotel will ask individuals for a credit card upon check in for incidentals, this is not to “insure things don’t go missing” but it allows guests the freedom to charge things to their room. As common practice, the credit card is never charged unless items are charged to the room. We treat every guest with respect and as family, please allow us to do the same with you and reach out to us if you would like any further clarification on this process. Thank you.
