“A little oasis in the middle of Houston”

This hotel is back off Westheimer, so it's actually surprisingly quiet. The room was a little out-dated, but still clean and in good condition. There was a sign at the door to let patrons know they were about to begin room remodeling. The lobby and reception room have been completed and look great. I am sure the rooms, once redone, will be very nice as well.

“Outstanding service”

I couldn't wait to get home and review this hotel for Expedia because I had a great stay and experienced amazing service from the Marriott Westchase staff. At every point of contact--check-in, breakfast, wireless support, drinks at the bar, rides to local shops, printing boarding passes, and check-out--the service was quick, super-friendly, extra-helpful, and just pleasant to be around. You could often see the manager on the floor making sure everyone had what they needed. What a great crew! I will definitely go back next time I'm in Houston.

Hotel employees were pleasant & helpful. Fluorescent lightbulb burned out over vanity during our stay and was replaced within 30 minutes of notifying front desk. Breakfast was delicious with an array of fruit, eggs, bacon, biscuits, hot waffles & syrup. Breakfast staff were very friendly & greeted us with a smile each morning. Great location - close to Galleria, numerous restaurants & shopping. Would definitely stay at this location anytime I'm in the Houston area.

“First Class Marriott”

This was an excellent motel: quiet, friendly staff, good exercise room, decent pool, good parking lot that was lighted, and a pretty good range of breakfast materials. A good place to stay, and was close to most of what we went to Houston for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Very clean, friendly, convient location, good value”

This motel is clean, has good parking, friendly staff, and is in a fairly good lacation. Kroger is next door if snacks or such are wanted. Several good and reasonably priced restaurants are very close and within walking distance. I will return at a later date based on the preceeding and the price/value of the room.

Very pleased with the overall experience. I would like to see this hotel have there bar/lounge area available thru the weekend, and not just during the week

“Clean, comfortable, and a quiet location”

This hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants as well as the Galleria. It is just behind a 24 hour Kroger which is great for those late night cravings. Very nice, no traces of that nasty smoke smell you get in some non-smoking rooms. Restaurant and bar inside is a plus as well.
