“NICE HOTEL. CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING.”
This was a nice hotel. We had two problems while we were there. The t.v didn't work. So we changed rooms. Also the skillet was old. Everything I cooked in it burned or got stuck to the pan. Other than that I would reccomend it to my friends. It is conviently located to the nearby Walmart and several places to eat. It is not too far from other attractions in the Houston area.
“Crossland Westoaks”
Clean Hotel and friendly staff. The location was good overall, quiet on one side and restaurants on the other blocking the traffic noise.

front office was very nice and helpfull , but i stayed for four days and they couldnt clean or change my towles in my room ! thats all my complain . the place was quiet and comfortable .
“You get what you pay for”
The price was very reasonable. But when you get to the hotel you see why there is not more pictures available of the place. Only get your room cleaned once a week and thats if you remind them. Always running short on towels. Kitchen doesn't have what you need. I think there are actually people living at this hotel. I say bite the bullet and pay a little more and stay somewhere else. No pool. No amenities at all.
“Okay hotel”
The hotel was okay. They needed more towels but we only stayed one night so it worked for us.
“Not satisfied”
They did not have towels in the room. When I asked the front desk, they said they could only give me 1 towel, no wash clothes. The floor had not been vacuumed. When I asked for a receipt for business purposes, they refused saying the transaction was all done through Expedia, but my job will only accept if there is an actual hotel receipt showing paid.
“The Projects-The Pits!”
This facility was more like a housing project than accomodations for a weary traveler. Front desk was quick to inform us there was NO housekeeping service and we would have to take out our own trash. We used Expedia to book the room but after checking in and getting the keys we chose NOT to stay even though we had to forfiet the money we paid for the week.
“the room had roaches”
when I rent a room I do not ecpect it to have roaches
