“Pleasant Experience”

Everyone at the hotel was courteous, and very professional. All my needs were addressed, can't say that there was anyone I came in contact with at the hotel that wasn't pleasant and personable. The hotel, although older, has been tastefully updated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when in Houston---especially with the convenience to Reliant Stadium.

Chose this hotel initially because of it's price and it's proximity to Reliant Stadium. I'd definitely stay here again! It was comfortable, clean, friendly, and convenient! A definite win-win!

“Excellent hotel”

I was really worried about staying at this hotel after reading all the reviews, but my experience was perfect. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and the AC was not as noisy as people said it was. The only thing I found a problem with was cold water pressure, it almost didn't come out of the faucet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is excellent, just across the street from Reliant Stadium. You need a car to move around this part of Houston, there are no close bus stops near the hotel.

“Great Stay at a Great Price!”

We were skeptical since it was an unpublished rate booking but it surpassed all our expectations! Rooms were great with modern furnishings and nice countertop and shower in the bathroom. AC was great and didn't make a lot of noise. Felt safe and secure in this hotel (important to us since we have two small children). Close to the medical center and has shuttles that run through out the day. I'm not sure why people are saying there are no places to eat close by. I think they just don't know or care to look around. There is a McDonalds and Dennys close by on the side of 610 and if you loop under the interstate, you will find a Pappadeauxs (great seafood) and Pappasito's (mexican). You can see the hotel from both of these great restaurants. Plus right down Kirby you have a Taco Cabana, Fiesta Supermarket, bagel shops, Greek and Lebense restaurants, etc.... We will absolutely stay here again - great pool area for kids and great lobby area. Staff was also excellent.

“One of Houston's Best Hotels”

Being Memorial Day weekend and a Biker Jam at the Reliant the hotel was just what I needed as far as qiuet and restful. I will definately return. Minutes from Galleria, Downtown, and Medical Center.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in 3 months while my husband was a patient at MD Anderson. The staff is fantastic. Very helpful. This is the most comfortable hotel we've ever stayed in.

“Great stay!”

Check in staff got mixed up with room but it was straightened out. Fortunately other guests were also accommodating. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous, facilities were good.

“The best choice”

It was a nice experience. I think that everything was good. The people, the rooms... We enjoy the time we spent in the hotel. It is a good choice, besides it is near to the reliant park, so if you want to see a game, it is an excellent choice.

“Great Hotel”

Our stay was very nice except for the bed and pillows. Both were too soft. My wife and I need firm bed and pillows; however, since we were staying only one night we did not complain and made the best of it.
