“Good Hotel”

My Brother and I both had rooms on the same floor. My room was a little bigger, which was funny as we both paid for the same type of room. Anyway, gave me a laugh! Hotel was clean (except for access to the parking garage via a stairwell which stank to high heaven) with friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This was our first experience with Expedia's unpublished rates. We loved it. My son was very impressed with the hotel. We even ordered room service - hot, fresh and fast! Overall, a very good trip!

This is my fourth visit to this hotel and have always been completely satisfied. The staff is very accommodating and I noticed that the same people still work there from one year to the next so there's not alot of turnover. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Extremely comfortable rooms and friendly service”

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were very impressed with several things: 1. Our room was very clean and comfortable 2. The hotel staff was friendly and easy to connect with 3. The location was easy find and drive into and out of 4. Everything feature of the room worked with no water leaks 5. The parking garage attached to the hotel was only a short walk to the foyer 6. Expedia did a good job of describing the hotel

The hotel was lovely and fragrant. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The thermostat resonded quickly to the room temperature when set. I would definately stay there again. The parking garage was monitored 24 hours and my 2 requested wake up calls were prompt. I haven't enjoyed a hotel this much in a long time!

Hotel does have good location close to the shopping malls , however most rooms have only one window.
