Very pleasant stay. The only thing I would have liked is windows that open. Actually, the window in the room I was in was capable of opening, but it had been screwed shut. Everything else was fine...and non smoking rooms throughout the hotel..YAY!!

“NEEDS REPAIRS ON AC UNITS”
Due to heavy traffic noise I had to change rooms and was pleased to see that I was placed on the Priority Club Quite Floor which turned out to be worse. The AC Unit in that room would make a terrible noise when the compressor came on. Lucky it covered most of the noise from the VERY LOUD group of people that were in several rooms across and next to me that came in around 1 am and yelling and fighting for hours. Even the next morning , I was woke up by the loud talking and no one could keep from hearing the doors slam each and every time they were opened. This hotel needs to put rubber or felt around the doors if they think they can offer a QUIET FLOOR and even have a sign saying so.

Room smells like it has mold, carpets need to be stripped, bathrooms remodeled. However, the staff is very nice ~ too bad the hotel is not.

When ever I book with Expedis in a Holiday Inn they give me the room the farther and most inconviniet location in the hotel. The internet connect was the slowest I have ever experienced. The front desk people could not connect calls to my room for example
“3.5 Star? Yeah Right”
The bathrooms are the size of a matchbox! The TV's need updating, the AC looks like something from a Super 8 or Motel 6. The best thing about the hotel room was the bed.

The staff was great but, I was disappointed. The room smelled like humidity and the carpets and chair nor bathroom were clean ~ they had stians and were dusty. I should have known ~ I started sneezing as soon as I walked into the hotel. It is time to remodel.
