Cons: It was hard to check in. I had to wait about 10 minutes until front desk clerk showed up.
Decent experience. Will stay again if the price will not be increased.

Not good for business travel.Posted Jul 8, 2015
Ok, so this is just a one night experience... but the room next to me had a "party" going on until after 3am, and management did not shut it down. I was in Houston for a job interview and the lack of sleep was less than awesome.

Nice hotel, nice amenities but bad location. You will miss the entrance coming off the highway and will run into construction

Don't Let the "Crowne Plaza" Name Deceive You!Posted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Please see above.
Location: The hotel is located near an industrial/business district. Across the highway were several restaurants and stores.
The amenities at the hotel were quite disappointing. The pool few towels available. After the thunderstorms, it took the crew about two days to clean the pool area. There is no complementary breakfast. Our room A/C was not turned on before we arrived. The room was disgustingly humid and had an noticeably musty smell. We considered asking for a new room. Once it finally cooled off (about two and a half hours later), the room smelled okay. The following two days, it took housekeeping until 4:00pm to visit us. The fitness center had old, outdated equipment that squeaked during use.

Do not stay at this hotelPosted Mar 22, 2015
The pictures are deceiving, the hotel is old, dirty, no security and one of the employees was very rude. I do not recommend anyone staying here

Felt WelcomePosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The hotel in nice inside and room was apcious.
Cons: Could use a little updating.
Location: Got there late at night so did not go out.
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a warm smile and we felt we were truely welcome. Registered quickly and was in our room in less then 5 minutes. We forget a few things such as my razor, but the hotel had free razors and shave cream available. Was more then expected and it is nice in today's world to receive more then expected.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel, the only thing was the maintenance that was going on around me. I could hear the conversation of the maintenance man coming from the room next door, there was drilling and loud noise coming from there. Everything else was to my satisfaction.
