Room was nasty!Posted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
Our family has stayed at all types of hotels on three continents and, without a doubt, this was the nastiest most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. The carpet was sticky, there was a large wad of hair in the bath drain, and a big smear of something that seemed suspiciously like snot spread across the bathroom wall. Utterly abhorrent.

don't botherPosted Aug 1, 2013
Pros: near restaurants, stores, family, interstate
Cons: replace carpeting, fix brick around hot tub, enlarge dining area, add breakfast menu items
Location: located near I-45 near Old Town Spring and many stores and restaurants.
local family told us this was not a good neighborhood to stay in but we had already booked it. Breakfast was all carbs, no protein at all and the dining room was way too small. The a/c in the room was loud. We didn't like the fact that the sink was outside the toilet room, as turning on the light woke up everyone in the room. Pool was clean.

Within easy reach of The Hardy Toll Road & I-45Posted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: Check in was quick and the personnel was very helpful.
Cons: The mattress was lumpy and sagged in the middle.
Location: This hotel was within easy reach of The Woodlands Mall.
The hotel was within easy reach of the Hardy Toll Road and I-45 so provided easy access to The Woodlands Mall. Personnel at check in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom had broken tiles near the bathtub and the toilet was hard to get to unless the door was closed.

Good For the PricePosted Jul 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a good place to sleep. it was nice to have the pull out couch in every room, we were able to sleep 6. The outdoor pool was nice to cool off. The daytime staff was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was nothing more than that. (Some Frozen danishes and muffins, english muffins, OJ, Milk, a little fruit, a couple of types of cereal, some oatmeal packets). Bathroom door would not close, and there is not an elevator (only 2 story though). outside entrance only. It is a ways North of Houston, and we went to NASA which is a ways south of Houston. Just a longer drive than we had hoped.

would stay againPosted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Single Traveler from Mich. - Room was quiet and comfortable. I prefer to have the sink inside of the bathroom, particularly if traveling with someone else. Lobby was nicely appointed. Breakfast the same for 5 days but o.k. Wouldn't mind more english speaking and better channels on t.v. Had an ironing board and iron that was appreciated. Overall I would give my stay of five days a thumbs up.

The staff was awesome! My room had a large jetted tub. The location was good with many restaurants and 2 movie theaters all within 3 miles.

DO NOT EXPECT TO MUCH, IS JUST A ROAD SIDE HOTEL.Posted Jun 17, 2013
Pros: ROOM SIZE AND CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Cons: UPDATE ROOMS AND SEND BIG TRUCKS TO A FAR PARKING TO AVOID ENGINE NOISE TO GUESTS. ROOM AISLE ARE UNEVEN, DAMAGED AND TOO OLD.
Location: A WAFFLE HOUSE IS NEXT TO HOTEL WITH 15% DISCOUNT, VERY GOOD LOCATION, TEXAS ROAD HOUSE RESTAURANT AT WALKING DISTANCE, CLOSE TO AIRPORT (NEED CAR).
ROOM WAS BIG AND CLEAN, A BIT WORN AND OUTDATED, OUTSIDE IS DISAPPOINTED, TOO MANY ROAD WORKERS, WILL BE YOUR NEIGHBORS WITH BIG NOISY DIESEL TRUCKS. I AVOIDED AIRPORT NOISE DURING NIGHT AND GOT THESE "GENTLEMAN" PLAYING WITH HIS TRUCKS. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND STAFF FRIENDLY. OVERALL IS FAIR.
