Check in was without fault. Room service during the super bowl was prompt, and check out was automatic. The service to and from the airport was flawless. What else would one want.

“Excellent hotel to stay by IAH”

When I needed to stay by the Houston Intercontinental Airport, I used to choose only the Marriott, because it is inside the airport and transportation is very easy. I found transportation to this hotel just as easy. I only had to call from the courtesy phones at the airport and the shuttle would appear within 10 minutes. Besides the hotel is in excellent condition, and the people are very nice.

This hotel was the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. Whether they were at the front desk or cleaning our rooms, the hotel employees always smiled, spoke to us, and made us feel comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. When I go back to Houston, I will be staying here without a doubt. Cannot wait to see it after the renovations are complete.

“Great option for 1 night layover”

This is a very old, big yet comfy and well maintained hotel. Excellent for a 1 nighter layover.

The Hotel is clean , well kept. Employees are very helpful and nice, even seem to like their jobs. The convenience of the shuttle was fantastic. I liked my options too, with 2 restaurants and room service . The exercise room is small but adequate.

Excellent helpful service. Great to have a shuttle. The bed was so comfortable, I'd love to have it at home. You can tell that the emphasis is on the guest and meeting their needs. The chocolate chip cookie on check in was the icing on the cake. :)
