隣の音がよく聞こえて夜眠れなかった。レストランの食事希望でいたが帰国後調べるとバーにまちがえて入ったようでした。館内の説明がほしい

Staff was nice and bartender in restaurant during the night shift on the 10th did a great job considering that the place looked understaffed, dirty tables everywhere not his fault considering he was the only waiter taking care of all the guests. Again he did a great job. The food is good comfort casual better then usual for hotel food. The pillows are very uncomfortable but I guess for 260.00 a night this is what you get. If you want more comfort pay a little more for a nicer room. Room service coffee was served cold when it arrived at 7:00 am and no ketchup for potatoes. It was too late to ask for them to correct mistake because we needed to fly out.

Rooms very small

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Booked a room for overnight 2 kids 2 adults, choices 2 double beds or 1 king. When we arrived staff asked if we wanted a King, I said yes, she asked if there was 4 of us I said yes, 2 adults 2 children, she gave us a smoking room with a king bed and desk chair, absolutely no room for the kids? She changed our room to 2 double beds. Could have gone the next block for Hamptons or Marriott

Over priced...Not worth the money!!!!

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Cons: Most things
Location: Close to airport
I expected more for $200 per night. Old outdated rooms, old furniture, outdated restaurant from the 1980's..... My room was next to the elevator mechanical room, that had a compressor running most of the night. Why would you have a room located there? Hotel is in need of many updates. Look elsewhere and spend wisely.

excelente servicio

Posted Feb 15, 2015

24 hours in Houston

Posted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: front desk folks are excellent!
Cons: more serious ales in the bar. Not merely big brewery wimpy lagers
Location: frankly, not many dining options nearby
Stayed at the Doubletree because of convenience to airport. needed room for a meeting and staff upgraded me to suite with a conference table--very reasonable, $30. Problems with heat in bedroom. But, was given a space heater so not a problem. Needed about 10 photo copies. Brought them to front desk and they gladly copied them and did even charge me. Impressive.
