Every member was very nice, from valet parking greeting you, front desk staff, restaurant waiters, everyone very profesional and attentive. Suite was actually an apartment in size newly renovated. Would recomend to anyone.

The room was great. We had an executive suite. The suite had a full size refrigerator stove and dishwasher. It had more than we had expected. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. The two drawbacks for the hotel was the elevator and parking. The elevator wasn't slow I just think that for the amount of guest it took forever. The hotel has 26 floors and only one set of four elevators. We came back at night and the parking garage was full so it really sucked trying to find a place to park ,but the valet should a place to park out back. But other than that I would stay here again because the room was nice and we were literally a block from the galleria.

Unfortunately, the some of the elevators were not functionig property through the weekend. The management team would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. Our parking garage is very popular during very busy weekends. The team did assist with finding a parking space for you. We are continuously working to make this experience better. The bathroom handles were bad on both the sink and bath tub. The staff is great.

Rooms were not cleaned properly, windows had broken edges and we were unable to lock some of the windows Staff is not pleasing, they are always looking for tips and the parking cost is way high.

Hotel was very nice. But not enough parking. Paid for garage parking and both nights no parking spots were available. Hotel did give valet service for garage prices. so it was OK.

Parking lot was an issue. Valet was disfunctional. Also, the room service didn't clean the room until I called at 3. When they did clean the room they did not replenish all of the towels and such.

Upon arrival the valet service exceeded expectations with their property knowledge and hospitality. Check in was friendly and efficient. I ordered room service and it was delivered in a timely fashion and the gentleman delivering the food was extremely friendly in a very appropriate manner. Furthermore the food was excellent. The room fell short of my cleanliness expectation with a few minor areas that were neglected by housekeeping. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again.
