“Great for a family”

I stayed here with my wife and three kids. it was spacious and comfortable and close to everything.

I wasn't expecting much based on the price, but was pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded to a huge suite which was a nice bonus. The room was very clean, modern decor and the bed was super comfy. Great location for restaurants and shopping near the Galleria. The self parking garage was full when we returned after being out that night and they offered us valet at no charge. Great customer service!

No soda machines or snack machines except on the second floor. I thought that was unacceptable. The workers were very nice. The rooms were lovely. I would stay their againg.

No major complaints here. Hotel was nice and service of employees was exceptional. Only complaints (if you can call them that) are that the room didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly the first evening (something odd in the chair) and the fact that there was no complimentary wireless internet service.

“Fantastic stay”

This hotel was great, although it did have some remodeling going on, but our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend room above the 20th floor for a great view, and executive suite have small kitchens; which workout great when you travel with small children. Extra quiet, breakfast was included in our 25th floor suite. Will come again, not to many guests made our trip fun, and had the run of the pool, etc... slight wear on the building itself, but are clean, and deco is nice, room had separate living area, a kitchen w/stove, micro, a reg., and separate bedroom with big area to put clothes. just across the street from Galleria, but awfully dark walking back... be careful... you can't see you hand in front of your face! A little pricy on drinks.. Margarita @7.00/ beer 5.00..elevators are swift, and personel are soooo friendly. Use valet parking, self park a nightmare...especially in darkness. worth the $$ for valet, and those guys are GREAT! Breakfast is good, limited, but,eggs made your way does help; WILL STAY AGAIN & RECOMMEND!

“Very nice”

We got a GREAT deal through Expedia, We had an executive suite, on the 24th floor, very spacious and very clean! Great location too (right next to Galleria, tons of restaurants)! Only thing I would somewhat complain about is they tack on 12 dollars plus tax a day to your credit card for parking. The carpets in the hallways on our floor are a little out dated and stained...But all the other good things about the hotel make that not matter as much! Will definitely stay here again!
