“great hotel”

Absolutely loved the hotel..we stayed in the double queen suite for our stay,and I couldn't believe that it actually had a full size kitchen with a stove and everything...I would absolutely stay here again....Loved it!!!!!

“Perfect Houston Location”

We stayed there for Thanksgiving holiday and loved the hotel especially the cookies. Great location and convenient to most any location/attraction in Houston. My one small complaint is the size of the bathroom was very small especially for a Hilton hotel. I would have expected more. Other than that, we were totally satisfied with the hotel. Great location.

“Nice size - good location”

Enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The hotel was very nice and pet friendly (very important to us). The hotel is actually more like a small 1 BR apartment. There was a small separate kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom off of the bedroom. The bed was very large and very comfortable. There was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom - both flatscreen. There was also a pull out sofa that we did not use. The staff were very friendly - both the reception and the bellhops. The location is right by the HUGE shopping center and near some sites to see (the Water Wall thing was cool). The kitchen was a full kitchen - they even had bowls, plates, silverware, etc. It would be a good place to stay if you were going to be there for a week or so. We were just there for three nights so we didn't cook, but it would have been easy to. There was also a dining area outside of the kitchen and off of the living room space. I would recommend and stay here again.

“Comfortable space”

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive.

The suites are well suited for family stays as there is a separate pull out couch in living room and a separate bedroom - king or 2 queens. Queens are recommended as these rooms are larger. Be sure also to get a room with balcony. Very friendly, polite and helpfull staff.

“Watch for Mold”

The bathroom plumbing had evidently been fixed or redone as the re-tiling was uneven and possibly done improperly--the wall board on the shower head side bulged inward. Uneven tiling evidently made it more difficult to clean as there was mold evidence around grout and caulking--but on that wall only. The warm cookies waiting in the afternoon were delicious and the staff largely pleasant and helpful. One garage attendant didn't check our pass as we left--just raised the arm without looking at us and continued texting on his cellular.

“I see myself staying here again.”

Enjoyed the hotel cookies and complimentary cold drinks. The location was fantastic right next to the mall, and we enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Clean rooms and good service.

“Good place to stay”

This was a very good hotel for us to stay. I had a wedding to attend but wanted to go shopping the following day. It was in a great location downtown next to shopping malls and resturants. Beds were great. We did find ants in the place because the previous customer had left cereal hidden by the night stand. But front desk to care of putting us in another room ASAP. Great hotel.

“Felt like Home!!!”

Was a weekend getaway. We wanted to relax and enjoy the city. We didn't have to even leave the room for anything. Every comfort was met. We thoroughly enjoyed the bed. We were afraid to lay in the bed, because we knew we were well on our way to sleep. It was fabulous!! I can't wait to go back.
