Stayed here for 2 nights. Reviews were inaccurate. Was disappointed with our stay. Saw a bunch of stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Needs renovation. Room looks old. The room thermostat was very faulty. Went into heater mode automatically a couple times. They were also very strict with having extra linens or towels. I have never had this issue in any hotel before. They refused to provide any extra sheets or blankets.

Ladybugs in my room, I have to call housekeeping to vaccumm all the room including the curtains as soon as I got my room, because the manager told me they dont have any other double occupancy room available and I dont find a reasonable rated room in the area at that point. I book the hotel with 3-4 month in advanced.

Our sincere apologies, but I have never encountered lady bugs in any of my rooms at any of my hotels. However, I did see them in your room. Since we did not have any additional rooms to move you; you were given the option to checkout without a fee. You requested a housekeeper to use her vacuum and I was able to honor that request. I explained that if you were still uncomfortable to please let us know ; so that first thing in the morning I can get you another suitable room accommodation. Since we did not receive a call; we thought all was well. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I have nothing to complain about our room we had a great stay. The pool could have been a little cleaner, the water was very cloudy. Other than that I have no complaints!

Showerhead was awful. Coffeemaker had to get switched out. Breakfast was much worse than your average hotel breakfast. Curtains didn't block, it was bright all night. No local TV channels, TV channel selection was poor. Beds were soft. Lighting was poor. Tub was very slippery, no tub mat. Coffee/tea at breakfast was great

The breakfast was really bad. The milk was expired.
Upon arrival Adriana was wonderful. She was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful night stay. Mia in the morning as I checked out was also warm and inviting. I can not speak about the complimentary breakfast, as I slept through, however there was coffee in the room. Possible suggestion to maybe add 1-2 bottle of water to the coffee area for drinking or making coffee. But overall my stay was very pleasant and would definitely return!
