“Very Impressed!”
WOW! After reading a lot of bad reviews to many hotels, I didn't know what to expect. But let me tell you, I was very impressed with EVERYTHING! Front desk assistance, afternoon & dinner snacks, breakfast buffet, room cleanliness and staff promptness. Even at it's busiest peak, the front desk personel kept a genuine smile.

The hotel room was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and it seems like the furnishing were relatively new. I we not impressed by the complimentary food, but the staff was great. They were all fun, energetic, and very helpful.

“Not Impressed”
This hotel had a rude staff and was just plain dirty. The blankets were all stained, looked like from blood, and when asked for more, they were rude and told them we would have to get them ourselves. Not good customer service, and was shocked because this is always our number one stay hotel. Very disappointed!
“not what we expected”
at first check in the hotel did not seem as nice as we expected, we thought we were getting a suite, but ended up with just a regular room, the rooms were very dark and smelt musty, we had reserved this hotel for 4 nights with a one day break in between, we ended up cancelling the last 2 nights and going elsewhere.
