“Relaxing Stay”

I was very surprised when I arrived at the Lodge. That was my first time staying at the Econo. I've alwayed stayed at a Comfort Inn Suites, but i was very please with my stay. I felt as if i was in a suite.

Hotel looked very nice an well kept. The room was clean and confortable. Will stay again next time I'm looking for a hotel.

“Better than expected”

The hotel was easy to find and the neighborhood (industrial) was fairly safe. The exterior is typical Econo Lodge but the room was a nice surprise. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I was unhappy with was trying to get extra towels from the owner. Also, the "continental" breakfast is just coffee, orange juice and cereal. Fortunately, Denny's is right up the road. The price for the room is a good value. I will definitely stay here again but I will bring my own towels next time. .

“close to Region 4 service center”

A little hard to find, behind the Wendy's but very close to the Region 4 service center. I would certainly stay there again for another conference. Basic decent hotel. Nice staff.

“It was fine.”

If you don't want to pay a lot of money, it's a decent place to stay. You have to be careful turning on Hoover because this street is so close to the highway intersection that I almost got hit when I slowed down to turn into it. After that I used went to the Wendy's parking lot, to avoid the danger of a rear ender. The mattresses were clean and so was the room but I had trouble locking the door. I left to grab a bite to eat and came back to find the door had not closed properly and I didn't even know. Had to slam it hard several times and then lift it up to lock the bolt. The room was really hot when I first went into the room but the A/C kicked in and cooled really well over the next 2 days.
