I had to wait for the bathtub to drain after my husband took a shower then again after my son took a shower so that I eventually could take a shower. Also, I had to go exchange the iron because the one that was in the room didn’t work.

Ruben greeted us and was so kind. Allowed us to check in early and even upgraded my room. Was within walking distance to NRG. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the location is right in the middle of 2 busy streets. Parking is limited and very difficult to get out of. Bed was clean and comfortable but bath surround still had soap residue from previous guests.

this place is very well kept and is clean but all that gets set aside if the toilet does not flush...i would think the the cleaning people would have realized that and reported UNLESS, UNLESS...they don't know cuz they DON"T CLESN THE TOILET????? That's what it all implies to me

Americas No Value Inn
I booked and then requested early check in due to arrival of flight and the festivities that I would be participating in not starting until later in the day. When I arrived to the hotel, I was told check in wasn't until later and I stated that I requested this and was told that I would be allowed to check in early as long as a room was available. I was then asked to leave credit card information (even though I booked through hotels.com) as there was a early check in fee that wasn't communicated to me. The room was an exterior entrance room and the seal of the door was not very good, I ended up putting the most likely dirty top blanket in front of the door to keep the cold out. I didn't feel comfortable walking in the room bare foot or even with socks on. Debris left in the shower showed it wasn't fully clean. Sheets were rough. Towels were rough. Remote for TV, volume down button didn't work, channel left button didn't work, no guide, channels were snowy. I'd saw this was a value if there was any sort of actual comfort.

Everything was fine just a couple on hair in bathroom floor and shower.. there was a strong smell like a deodorant not bad but I think it was hiding something but everything was fine..

All of the rooms smell like mold. My girlfriend and I actually got sick after being in the room half a day. The first room we were in was unbearable. The second room we were put in after requesting a change didn’t smell great, but we just had to get out of the first room. There was a literal car air freshener hanging from one of the lamps in our second room. We left at midnight and just drove the few hours home instead of staying. The staff is nice and all, but this place shouldn’t be open. I didn’t even see a vacuum cleaner for the cleaning staff to use. From what I saw, rooms were only swept clean.

No frill inexpensive motel.... WONDERFUL staff......kind and thoughtful.....GREAT shower water pressure in room 124.....a little used and worn but just fine otherwise....bed was firm but in great condition....would definitely stay again when here doing medical follow ups...right behind the Smoothie king.... and even though it's close to one of the main roads it was very quiet we barely heard any traffic unless a real loud car went by or motorcycle that was a plus

It was a basic hotel... stayed here so we could walk to the concert at NRG. Ice machine not working, limited parking, no housekeeping during our stay, stains in floor and shower, little effort to clean carpet only vacuum, neighbor seeling something had too many visitors...

The management and employees are great, unfortunately the AC did to work well and the tvs in 3 different rooms didnt work properly and most of the time didnt have signal. The rooms are decent but leave you wondering how they charge what they do for rooms in their condition. Water damage and mold smell in all 3 room we were put in. We have stayed here 3 times to be near our children in NICU after given three chances I dont think ill be staying here again.
