The clock in the Room was an hour behind time. The Door to the Room: The top lock on the door was broken The second lock on the door did not work MADE ME FEEL UNEASY. The Room above was VERY NOISY AT 3AM.

Great Mexican food next door. Not clean on check in but great the next day but count bodies in a room and leave enough towels for each. Shouldn't have to ask.

This place is simple, clean, and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good enough. The staff however was not very helpful or friendly. I was driving 12 hours to get there, and wouldn't be in until later in the night. They called me 3 times before I checked in, asking if I was still coming, to which I responded yes of course. One guy said it was an auto-collect situation so he was gonna charge my card no matter what. There was rarely anyone at the front desk when we passed it, and we always had to ring the bell. The other guests staying there were also very noisy all through the night.

Very basic room. And Loud!
So it's not the Ritz... It's a no frills hotel, in a no frills area. I needed a cheap place that was close to the TRF Renn Faire. The room was very basic but a very comfortable bed. My only complaint I suppose is this appears to be a rough neighborhood. The hallway has a loud echo, and I could hear people yelling and walking around all night long.

I booked a room from Dallas and was expected to pay $60 a night . When I got there the man told me it was $78 a night. I felt like I was overcharged.

Awful place wouldn't recommend.
Place was gross. The whole hotel smelled like smoke, the mini fridge smelled like death. There were plants growing out of our friends drains in their room. They automatically book you in a smoking room unless you comment that you want one that isn't. The rooms were freezing and the sheets and "comforter" were super thin. This place will do if your alternative is sleeping in your car, but to be honest I think your car might be more desirable in some cases.

One of the cleanestvplaces we've ever stayed. No carpeting, so always fresh and clean! ( lack of carpeting does mean lack of noise absorption) There a microwave, a fridge would have been nice. But, ice was available! Breakfast was basic, but we were in town visiting relatives, And it was perfect for our needs.

I liked that it was close to other places and restaurants. The staff made us pay $13 for each additional people when we clearly had put them down when we booked the hotel. And for another person hanging out that was not staying. And then later tried to make us pay again..until i showed all my receipts. Staff came at me very hostel but other then the front desk ladies the room refrigerator wasnt even plugged in and there was no plus for it.

Absolutely terrible. The staff is incredibly rude and uncaring. I booked through Expedia and was promised a non-smoking room with two beds. I called them 3 days before the set days to inform them that another person was checking in and the woman was not only short, but didnt take the information and hung up on me. Upon arriving, I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available and that I could not go into the room I paid for. Absolutely disgusted with the state of the room, as well. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and the bag holder is shredded. Cigarette burns on the bedding and walls.

The lady at check in was rude and short with customers. The room was over powering with bleach smell. The appliances were unplugged and AC was turned off causing the room to be humid. There was no "Continental" breakfast; Dry cereal or oatmeal only. Had to convince the staff that I needed a third towel, even though they were well aware I had two adults and one child.

The room didn't even have a coffee maker, the vending machine was out of order, the bathtub/shower had no grip on the bottom so I felt like I was going to slip while using it. No room service. The bed basically had no comforter. the window drapes did not fully cover the windows. I could go on and on..the one good thing was that the wifi was good.

Just minor things - TV remote didn’t work, no WiFi password supplied & didn’t want to have to walk back to office in my pjs to ask for it, noise since I was next to the outside door at the very end of the hallway! bugs, staff did not speak English, a fight took place in the hallway at 2 a.m., literal fight with hitting and screaming, they charge for a second key, "breakfast included" was cheap "little debbie" type snacks and not even normal sized, they were miniature. Multiple signs stating "no refunds" so nothing was compensated. It was so bad, that we didn't even stay the second night - we just forfeited our stay and went somewhere else.

This property is off the side of the freeway in a sketchy area , food is limited , transportation is limited to ride share apps . House keeping had a child working with them and are very rude I was 5 mins behind on a 11am check out time and they already insisted I keep my door wide open . Not knowing if I was going to pay for a late check out which I quickly changed my mind gathered myself and left . There was hair in the sheets and towels and bath room floor, bars on the first floor windows should have been a clear indication to what kind of area and property this is . I would never stay here again , spend the extra money and go to the other properties . But not here . Women traveling alone or with children I don’t recommend this property

The property is very basic and is just good a a nights sleep or two. Services are extremely limited and I had to ask for the WIFI password. Restaurant next door is very good and the location of the hotel is somewhat convenient. I dn't think we sould stay here again.
