Every staff person we encountered was so friendly. Smiling, acknowledging you, asking if you needed anything just because they happen to be walking by you. Also very knowledgeable about the area. It was a great experience. And the hotel was very clean.

The location is good, near by shops and restaurants. The staff were nice. The free breakfast was okay, yogurt bar, cold cereal, egg with cheese omelettes, sausage patties, and potatoes. Muffins, bagels, pastries & toast. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower wall needs repair. The room could use a ceiling fan.

Good, but I expected better quality. The fridge was making noise and I had to wake up after midnight to unplug the fridge because it was so noisy. Breakfast was fine regular not many options for fruit. They use clorox to disinfect which is good but the smell of clorox was irritating for me.

PLEASE don’t waste your money, this place is terrible, absolutely no customer service, if anything extremely rude. We had no house keeping even after making multiple calls to get someone to clean, front desk hung up when we called to get rooms switched. $700 for 2 nights for 2 rooms went down the drain. Wasn’t the cleanest hotel and called the front desk for an extra towel, but it was never brought to us or notified us if we needed to go down to get it ourselves. Breakfast was just OK.

Left the hotel in 30 min, horrible condition
We left the hotel after seeing 4 rooms that all of them has serious problems, such as wet floor paint, non stop firealarm beep, chemical smell. We are expecting our refund
