Surprisingly comfortablePosted Jul 14, 2014
Our family enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Element-- fluffy, comfy beds, spacious room and shower and a wonderful breakfast. We missed the cleaning staff one day due to widespread illness. Still, we managed with extra towels. The desk staff were very accommodating.

Nice hotel lots of nearby shoppingPosted Jun 23, 2014
Hotel was comfortable and clean. There is minimal space on the bathroom counter top. No ice machine was available, although they did I have and ice maker in the room, always forgot to turn it on so the ice would be ready when needed.. The provided breakfast was nice.

No access to side doorsPosted Jun 17, 2014
I was very disappointed that I couldn't get in the side doors, nor was I informed by the desk. I had brought a lot of cupcakes with me for my grandsons graduation. No one offered to assist me with my larger load, fourtunly when they fell off the cart they weren't damanged.A little more help or info from the front desk would have made my stay perfect. Regards. Great boutique hotel in Northwest HoustonPosted Jun 14, 2014
Pros: Friendly, accomodating staff. Clean room.
Location: There is the residual HP-Compag center nearby. Willowbrook shopping mall.
I was on a short business trip to Houston. Made reservation a few short hours before my scheduled arrival. However, unfinished business will not allow to arrive in Houston at the desired time. I called hotel front desk and explained to front desk attendant, and she was extremely accomodating. I explained that I will arrive at the hotel very early the next morning, and just needed the room for a habitual shower and shave. I got to the hotel around 6 o'clock in the morning after a seemingly endless 5 hour road trip. The same attendant who took my call the night before recognized me, and went out of her way to check me in. She even suggested that will flag my account for late check-out at 2 pm. He checked in, took a short nap, and jumped in the shower. The room was clean and smelled clean. The bed and the comforter were extermely comfortable and soft. Everything in the room worked. The bathroom showerhead was rainfall like. I will defintely return.

Overall quite nicePosted Jun 13, 2014
Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied. Meat &/or omlets would have been nice.
Employees were all nice, the rooms large and comfy, beds and pillows great, nice room accomodations esp kitchen area. If I were to complain about anything it would be the breakfast, which was not as good as some we've had elsewhere, although it was O.K.
