“Great value, excellent service”

I booked this room through Expedia for about half the rate posted at the hotel. The service was exceptional! They did not nickel and dime me at all. In fact, the complementary breakfast is cook to order. First time I have had that. A customer behind me in the breakfast line asked for feta cheese on her omlet. The cook said that he only has cheddar cheese. Then changes his mind and has an assistant run down to the main kitchen for some feta cheese. Says no problem ma'am, we am to please here!

“Perfect for Toyota Center events, just a 1 block walk”

Loved, loved, loved the new Embassy Suites Downtown. We were attending concert at Toyota Center and it was just a 1 block walk to the event. Hotel rooms were brand new, clean and modern. Check-in, check-out, valet all were great and pleasant!

“In Love With Embassy”

I had an interview in Houston and stayed at the Embassy. The hotel provided a very warm inviting and relaxing atsmophere. The breakfast was awesome and Chef Gregory was amazing with the omelets and friendly personality. Unwinding in the pool and jacuzzi was what I needed after my interview and I did just that. The room was beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I wished was that a hotel of this statue provided shuttle rides to and from the airport. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Would stay again.

I came to town to see the Houston Texans. It is a little further from the stadium, but there is a train 6 blocks away that takes you to the stadium, with the courtesy shuttle will take you to. This is a very good hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The hotel, and room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was very good with a large selection. The free drinks at night made it even better. I can not wait to go back to Houston. This would be the hotel I would stay at again. Very good!

Very large, spacious, and clean suits, also the complimentary breakfast was a true breakfast buffet with made to order omelet station. This hotel is especially great for convention patrons. This hotel is located only one block from the front doors of the convention center

“Awesome Perks”

This hotel is one of the few that can accommodate a group of 6 adults. The suite with two queens and fold-out couch was perfect for three couples to share. Can't beat the perks like free happy hour and made to order breakfast. Also the hot tub and pool area was sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
