“Unexpected Surprise”

Our stay was everything we wanted it to be!!! My fiancee and I were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Soon after we got checked in and were unpacking in our room, there was a knock at the door. It was one of the hotel employees with a complimentary bottle of champagne!! We were so surprised! What a way to kick off a vacation. We later ordered room service. The items on the menu were a bit pricey but it was money well spent. The portions are huge and the food is delicious. It gets better. There was a complimentary hot, fully stocked, and delicious breakfast including the likes of special made omelets, grits, eggs, bacon, waffles, sausage and so much more. There was also a complimentary happy hour with free select beers and wine between 5:30pm- 7:00pm. Not to mention the excellent customer service, clean and modernly decorated rooms, fantastic food and friendly atmosphere! The only down fall was that this particular hotel is about 30 minutes away from downtown (zoo, galleria, museums). Otherwise than that, everything was perfect! My fiancee and I will definitely be returning.

“THIS HOTEL WAS SO AWESOME”

The staff was excellent, The room was really nice. Overall a great expirience for me and my friends. It was also very affordable! We are after all, college students. Will be going back for sure.

“Excellent value, service and comfort with many free extras.”

This hotel provides exceptional value while providing amazing comfort in both the room and common areas. Included are free made to order breakfast and a manager's reception with drinks and appetizers. Very clean and large comfortable rooms. I search for rooms every stay in Houston and cannot beat the level of comfort and value from this property.

“Excellent Value and Comfort”

Awesome complementary breakfast buffet: omlettes made to order, waffles, fruit, cereal, any beverage you can think of in a restaurant-like setting. (Being on a diet, I couldn't find any boiled eggs. But I was probably the only person there that wanted one!) The pool was beautiful and glassed-in. Beds extremely comfortable! Our fridge was broken in our room, and they offered to replace it immediately. 2 flat screen TVs. We will be back soon.

“Great property in Houston”

This relatively new hotel is an excellent property. The suites are roomy and comfortable. The desk has a lot of space to spread out and get your work done. The bathroom is a nice size. The beds are comfortable. We used the indoor pool and it is very well-kept. Highly recommended!!

“An excellent example of what a hotel should be, "a great experience". I will be back.”

Staff was awesome, Room was a suite style with all the amenties needed for a very comfortable stay. Free Full Breakfast was fantastic and the Managers social hour with free drinks was great. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, I would rate it 5 stars.
