The elevators broke down twice during my stay. One point I had to use the stairs and when I checked out I had to use the freight elevator. The pool and hot tub looked questionable and had an out of order sign on the pool door. The indoor pool is it by I booked this particular hotel

Excellent weekend. It was a one night getaway for the 2 of us. Perfect surroundings. Manager was very helpful! We are both disabled veterans and they were very helpful etc.

Staff is rude and not helpful. Condition of the proper is very bad. The pool was not usable during our entire stay and nobody was interest in helping us. Most employees use personal headphones while working so it’s not way to get their attention. We always stay at embassy suite hotels but this one is just terrible. Stay away

I really enjoyed my stay. They fit a family of 6 in one room. My kids enjoyed the scenery inside. We had complimentary drinks, and breakfast was great! They had something for all my kids to enjoy. I would stay again, but next time I'll be sure to bring our swimsuits to enjoy their indoor pool and hot tub!

Easy walking distance to major shopping centers but overall inside conditions needs major upgrades. Only 2 elevators were out of service so we had to carry our luggages to 5th floor and had used the stairs during our 2 day stays. The beds were very old, sofa and carpets had old stains and smelled like swimming pool.

Breakfast was good Only one elevator worked and it was really jumpy. They had a fire early on Tuesday morning. The alarm went off but the hotel staff dis not communicate any instructions and while we outside waiting on the FD to show up was no where to be seen.

Overall not bad, but few things I did not like. Shower water was not hot, incorrect check-out time written on room door (saids 12:00, but its 11:00), charged me over 7$ for Maruchan noodles.

One elevator was not working and the second didnt feel safe as it shook alot. Roach seen in dining area and had bugs in the room. Staff was friendly. Room was hot and couch looked like it should have been replaced long ago.

Would've been 5 stars but the noise late Saturday night was horrible. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Especially the loud kids downstairs in the lobby. Sound carries like an echo. Long waits at the elevator due to one being out. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

I liked how the hotel looked on the inside with the palm trees and pond. The elevator sounds bad and there was only one working. The couch looked outdated but wasn’t a problem. The fact that the rooms had a fridge and microwave was a plus. The shower head was nice.

Check in was ok. The room was not up to par. The bathroom was dirty toilet seat was definitely not cleaned and looked like it had been set on fire. The sheets had stains. The head board looked like it was burned and scratched up. I just slept on the sofa. Called the front desk lady her response was I am here by myself. Horrible experience really was a 1 star

Hot tub and pool area need some attention. They need a night light in the bathroom. Only 1 working elevator. The exterior door to the stairs doesn’t lock. I’m sure this was a very nice hotel in its heyday. Despite the buildings short comings, every member of the staff was very nice/helpful

Let’s highlight the good things first. Great staff that was kind and accommodating. The hotel is laid out well and has a beautiful central atrium area. The room was exactly what we needed for our quick one night stay. Plenty of space for the whole family. Breakfast was standard with the addition of an omelette chef. The negative items are quite unfortunate. The pool area has seen better. The ceiling looks suspect in that particular area. The jacuzzi was nice but the pool was terribly uncomfortable. Because the temperature of the room is quite cold and the pool is not heated it makes for an uncomfortable swimming experience. There was also a machine room left propped open with a hand written note just saying “no close.” It definitely was a downer since the rest of the hotel was quite nice. The atrium does create quite the megaphone. It did quite down after 8-9pm.

The front desk and breakfast service was exceptional. The housekeeping staff missed our room on the last day which was a bummer. Other than that service was great. The property is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Our bath tub was horrible and needs to be replaced. Also the sofa was run down.

Definitely would stay again!
The hotel was beautiful as Embassy suites usually are. Cleanliness was an 8/10. There was some wear and tear throughout the building but nothing extensive. Things like no working ice machines on any of the floors we visited. Torn, missing or inaccurate signs on walls...etc.

Very Disappointed.
We had issues with our A/C unit all weekend. They tried to offer us a room change at the last minute but it was too later considering we were checking out the next morning. No fan is the bathroom so it was so hot always. We saw a couple of bugs/ants in the room. Some outlets did not work in the room. I was very disappointed. I stay at the Embassy Suites quite a bit throughout the US and this location did not offer me the comfort I am use to.
