This is our 4th time we stay at this embassy suites and I have to say every time I am pleased. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing answer any and all questions. The rooms are always clean. This is great if you have kids, very kid friendly. Love the breakfast! Always plenty to choose from. The parking is great, especially if you hate valet parking. It is extremely close to the Galleria and other shopping centers. I highly recommend this hotel. We will continue to stay every time we visit family in Houston.

Great Hotel - Minutes away from Galleria

There is not a single bad thing I can say about the hotel, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff is friendly, kind and always willing to help. We enjoyed the happy hour, the indoor pool and breakfast. I loved the infused fruit water from lobby. We will definitely come back! Congratulations for such a great service!! :)

Our stay there required me to ask for another room almost immediately upon our arrival...we had been assigned to a smoking room! However, the front desk staff quickly moved us - and even gave us an upgrade - and called us immediately to see that it meet our standards. Housekeeping was quick to respond when we made a request for towels and pillows. Hot breakfast was excellent and happy hour was the cherry on top. Additionally, the Galleria is just a skip and a hop away. We would definitely stay there again when we drive up to see the Astros play!

Embassy Suites Galleria Houston

Great location, but beware of the "hidden" $15 per night self parking fee (for unsecured non covered parking). The room was nice, but repairs were evidently made to the bathroom during the day and the room smelled like paint thinner.

Dear JC- thank you for comments regarding your hotel stay. We are constantly working on our hotel to ensure everything is in working order, and we are sorry if there was any type of odor from a paint product. Our parking charge does appear on our website, although not prominently displayed. With only one exception, all of our competitors charge for parking, and all are within a dollar or two of each other. We sincerely hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.

This hotel provided what we expected--a decent room with decent service and great breakfast, but common areas that could have been better maintained (elevators, chairs in breakfast area, fitness center). Good value, great location.

Hotel is pricey but so are others in the immediate area. My problem is the wifi isn't included ( a pet peeve of mine) and I was charged $15 for self parking on a room north of $200 a night

Embassy Suit Near the Galleria

I love Embassy suites hotel. They always have someone there waiting with a smile on thier face. Wonderful Hotel, everything was clean and neat. Love this hotel.
