Pros: front desk guy
Cons: main thing that matters-"bedding"
Location: location was ok, good shops around.
usually extended stay america is wonderful, clean hotels but this stafford was not comfortable to stay in not even for 1 night. the front desk guy JACOB was awesome, very good. nice, polite guy but thats about it. nothing else was good about the rooms or property. the bed and pillows were not comfortable, the blankets, carpet, pillows were v old and worn out. i did not use my 2nd night i booked with this location. checked out early.

Location is good - very convenient. The room was spacious, and relatively clean. They notified me when I checked in that there was a problem with the comforter for the bed, and they were washing it (it was 6:30pm at this time). They said it would be done in a little while. They came up later saying it still wasn't dry. I finally convinced them that they MUST have others - though they swore up and down they didn't . Amazingly they did find an extra and it was ok, by about 8:30pm. With that and the various light bulbs that were out, it was just a little less than I expected.

I stay at this hotel each time I visit the area, and the best part has to be Monique. She is wonderful, and always makes sure that any issues have been taken care. When the smoking room I booked wasn't avaialble on my last visit she worked to make sure I got what I booked. She is a delight to deal with, and the best employee they have. The room was clean, and ready to go when I arrived a little earlier than anticipated.

I was very satisfied with our stay and for once i didn't have a complaint with my accommodations. The desk attendant person was really helpful and made us feel welcome. This was well worth the money.

Cleaning the rooms

No matter the length of time stayed, each room should be cleaned on a daily basis. That is the only issue I had with this hotel. I wanted my sheets changed daily, fresh towels and room vaccuumed. Over all it was good. If you could improved on the cleaning, you would have excellent service.
