The staff is on point ..and helpful ..they accept pets which was great ..but it don't smell like it . And it's safe u don't get to rooms unless ur staying here ..that's a plus the building it's self could use an update(carpet) .. All in all I had a good stay

The property itself is ok but there's constantly people hanging around outside with loud music moving in and out of building without entry badges and smoking outside like it's a convenience store 😡

Laundry facility no means to get quarter without leaving facility. Two lamps in room did not work. Harassed by management when asked to use vacuum cleaner. NO receipt given when paid bill. Dog feces over ground, no place to put trash except on room. Very dissatisfied with this location as others have been much more accommodating.

I got it based on the pictures and it was very close to where I had an appointment.the room didn’t resemble the pictures at all. There was no lamp anywhere near the bed, no where to plug in electronics, no in room coffee, not even a glass to drink water out of. No toiletries except one small piece of soap, first morning continental breakfast (I went midway through the stated hours) was only coffee and there were a few granola bars that were mushy. Next morning only coffee. The only vending machine was sodas. And only saw one bug running across the floor- not sure if it was a cockroach. No where to sit in the lobby while waiting for a taxi. Front desk was unattended and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to Dallas a taxi the second morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was good size and the TV worked fine.

Worst Hotel Ever!
This was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon arrival there were people sitting on the curbs in the parking lot playing loud music, smoking, etc. There was no one at the front desk for check-in. I waited around before finally yelling for assistance. The entire hotel was dirty, smelled awful, and was in overall poor condition. Hotel staff allowed people (guests I assume) to loiter in the parking lot playing music and smoking all night. Between the music blaring, the stench of the room, and the single, poor excuse for a blanket provided I got no sleep. Multiple times throughout the night I considered packing my things and leaving; I wish I had. I was truly surprised my vehicle was not broken into. This place needs a complete overhaul, starting with the staff.

Outside appearance of property was nice. Burger King, gas station, and Jack in the Box are within walking distance. Staff was neutral to nice. Our room was on the second floor. Many of the rooms appeared to be non-smoking, but the smell of smoke was heavy on the floor. Room was clean. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Loose light fixture in kitchen and broken chipped dresser drawers. It was ok for our short stay, but I wouldn't choose this location again.

Even the crack heads don’t want to stay here
The pictures for this property need to be updated. The water is dirty, there are roaches and all of the dressers are really old and broken. I’m usually not one to complain and the price was reasonable but all of the pictures online show nice new furniture, beds with more than one thin sheet and no comforter and furniture that doesn’t look like it has been thrown from a two story window. If you smoke crack or are looking to hang out with roaches then this is the place for you.
